Relationships are built in person, over years. Work stays close to the source, and decisions stay practical. What gets made depends on what the land allows.

Each product begins with place. What grows there. What the season gives. What can be gathered without exhausting the tree, the soil, or the people doing the work.

Processing is kept minimal so the ingredient stays recognisable. The result reflects climate, timing, and human hands.
